Our mayonnaise does not need or contain any of the following:
added water · added sugar · no nasty after-taste
no artificial ingredients, especially GMO's, whatsoever
A very creamy and full flavour mayonnaise, handmade in the lush heartland of Wales. Because of the lack of water it is not 'pastey' like some mayonnaise.
All ingredients are certified organic
Accredited by the Soil Association P5758
Seasoned with freshly ground black pepper and pure sea salt
Contains top quality cider vinegar and pure sunflower oil
Does not contain any added water, sugar or chemical additives whatsoever
Due to concerns over equivalents of standards we only use eggs sourced from Soil Association accredited producers
Available in natural or with fresh garlic

Our eggs are organic free range which means that the hens are allowed to roam freely in the open air. The lack of chemicals in the mayonnaise ensures that each batch we make has its own unique flavour, consistency and colour, depending upon the season, the weather and perhaps even how the hen was feeling at the time!
