HOW MUCH TO ORDER - We sell our petals by the pint volume to allow customers to easily calculate how much they will need, and a pint gives around five average handfuls.
   If you want to calculate how much you will need for table decoration, etc., we suggest that you fill a pint jug with something like cornflakes and sprinkle it around at the density you require. You will then be able to estimate how much to order for the tables you have to cover.
   Use the cornflake method for home-made cones and small bags of confetti too. If you have a large basket or bowl you wish to fill, give us details of the size and we shall estimate the quantity you need.

PRICE - The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge any extra for delivery to the UK mainland.

IS IT TOO LATE TO ORDER? - 24 hours notice is cutting it a bit fine but 48 is possible provided payment can be made via PayPal. Notice of a week or less will require payment of an extra sum to cover Special Delivery. You will need to get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange for an urgent order to be despatched.

DELIVERY - Orders up to the value of £41 are sent by Royal Mail standard post (we always get a certificate of posting). Orders above this amount are sent by Royal Mail standard parcel post and insured to cover their value.

   IMPORTANT: Although we have rarely experienced delayed delivery by the Royal Mail, they will only acknowledge a package is lost in the post if it hasn't been delivered for 15 working days (3 weeks). We cannot claim for items lost in the post, and therefore issue a refund, unless your delivery date is at least 30 days from the date we receive your order, unless you are prepared to pay an extra sum for Special Delivery.

   Our order form contains a section for you to place the date by which you require your order. We aim to deliver two to three days before the date you give us - if you want it sooner, put an earlier date on the form.

SPECIFIC PETAL REQUIREMENTS - If you are looking for a particular petal or shade to match or complement your colour scheme get in touch with your requirements and we will do our best to help.

PERSONALISED CONFETTI SATCHEL FILE - To take advantage of this free service you will need to complete the relevant section on the order form detailing the filetype and font required and send us the information you want placed on the satchel file. We prefer this to be printed rather than handwritten to safeguard against spelling errors but if you wish to handwrite please use capital letters and underline letters that you wish us to capitalize. Attach these details to the order form and don't forget to include your email address for delivery of the file for you to print.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND - Since our petals are 100% natural and have not been dyed or chemically treated in any way we cannot guarantee that nature's colours are 100% colour-fast in sopping wet conditions [ including profuse sweating :-) ] However, we have been supplying petals for confetti since 1988 with no complaints - always request a sample if you have any concerns. Also, because of their unrefined nature, and although we hand sort and sift them for quality, you may find the odd seed or other organic item in the petals.
